    Color coding a bar chart

I have a bar chart that shows the number of people working on a specific project. For instance, job 1 has 1 person. I need to color code that bar with the number of years experience that person has but have the value remain at 1. Is that possible? I would appreciate any help I can get.

Suggest that you provide an example. There is a way to programatically reset the colours of individual bars in a chart.

You can use a data layout with more than one columns in the data table. Plot each table column as a series, set the overlap to 100%. See attached.
