Non-Linear Relationships

First of all, thank you for the useful threads of resolutions to all the queries!!!

I'm trying to create a chart depicting two non-linear relations that would support the awarded outcome. Unsure whether excel is the right app. Can anyone help or recommend another app? Thank you very much. I've included a sample table.

For example if the performance was rated to the following:

0 to 70 = Marginal
71 to 80 = Satisfactory
81 to 90 = Very Good
90 to 100 = Excellent

On the graph example you provided, the award amount given for the performance period is not depicted. Would that take another type of chart 'overlayed' or something like that?
