Y-Axis Displaying Wrong Values for Data Series! Help!

I'm trying to create charts with basic data sets. When I do so, only one series is showing up correctly (per the values on the y-axis). I've attached a sample of what's happening. You'll note that series 1 shows up accurately. However, Series 2 is way off. The data labels show up correctly on the chart itself, but the location of the plots on the y-axis is way off. You'll even note that identical data points in series two (i.e. "7" in cells B7 and B10) are graphed in different places on the y-axis. I've tried creating new documents, and removing all formulas from my actual data set - nothing is working. The more series I add, the more incorrect the plotting becomes. I am using Excel 2010. You are using the STACKED line chart with markers sub chart.
Try changing the chart type a use the normal Line chart with markers.
