Problem with Updating charts

Figured I would move this to the actual charting section.

I have a set of data that I want the chart to pull from. It is not updating automatically, I can enter it manually. However I know there are ways to have the chart update when the data changes.

Can someone help me with this problem?

I have looked at the website above for help, but I already have formulas in the given cells.

Not sure why your chart will not refresh if the underlying data changes
