    How to draw a chart horizontal axis and vertical axis

    Sir,
    Attached is a file where two data are given i need to draw a chart using FY-2001 as in horizontal axis and HV20103 on vertical axis
    file with data is attached

    Thanks for your reply, if possible please explain how to do it. & also if we can draw a chart in other way also like FY-2001 on horizontal Axis and HV 20103 ON Vertical Axis

    Creating the chart FDibbins created should be as easy as 1) selecting the data, 2) Insert chart command, 3) In the chart wizard, tell it you want an XY scatter plot.

    To switch the x and y data, either switch the columns in the spreadsheet so that the x data (FY20001) is before the y data (HV20103), or, in the source data dialog for the chart, tell it which column is x data and which is y.
