Pivot table connected to Access database

I have an Excel 2007 workbook with pivot tables connected to an Access database. When I close and reopen the workbook I get a security message that indicates that some active content has been disabled with an Options button to click. When I click the options button I get a window allowing to enable Macros & ActiveX and Data Connection.

    1. Is there a way to disable the security warning for users so it will not appear?
    2. If a user clicks to enable the Data connection the data are not updated. It does not appear the anything happens. However the pivot tables can be used and display accurate data. So does the data used in the pivot tables get stored in the workbook?

the data is stored in the pivotcache in the workbook.
the macro security warning is a user setting and you cannot affect that
