I get this problem when I create a chart and click on the format tab. It immediately freezes and crashes after a few minutes. Does anyone know what's happening?
I get this problem when I create a chart and click on the format tab. It immediately freezes and crashes after a few minutes. Does anyone know what's happening?
does that happen on all graphs, or just a specific 1? try to recreate that graph and see if it still happens?

It crashes for all graphs, even if there is no data in the graph. As soon as I press the format tab, it crashes.
hm then the only thing i can suggest is that your excel version has somehow become corrupt. maybe try a re-install, or recover?
