Pie Chart Q

Hello all,

I have a question, i am currently creating a report system for our factory which has 40+ operators. We are looking to chart there productivity each month over 6x machines they could possibly be operating.

Is there a way of creating a bar chart that only extracts the data if set at a certain amount, say 10,000+ copies etc? I am trying to avoid having a chart that has 40 odd figures within it as not all operators run all machines.

Your help would be gladly appreciated!

Pivot charts will allow you to filter the data which is included.
