Not sure how to approach this concept so thought i would come to the experts for ideas!
There are lots of examples of charting a sales funnel online, these are good but only capture a static picture of what our funnel looks like today, or at the point the data was captured.
What i am thinking about is to somehow visualise the movement of values through the funnel between two dates.
For example, in august someone had a £10k sale which was identified at the start of August, and now has moved through the funnel to proposal. Then that capturing/measuring that movement is good because we can assess how well a salesman is doing his job.
Was just wondering if anyone had tried to tackle this dimension before and if you've got any tips on how to approach it? An extract from my data is attached for info.
