Bar chart in time axis

Hi guys

I do not know whether this categorize as formula or vba but I want to do a bar graph that will show the estimated time to finish a job.

For example, the quantity for item A is 4 and estimated time to finish only one A is 15 minutes so the total time is 60 minutes (15*4). Later, a bar graph will show the estimated time. Is it possible to do that? I already attach a dummy. Hope you guys can help me.
