Line graph with varying x ad y axis values

Hello,

I have been struggling to draw a line chart, can you help me. My data looks like this.

Here Time range is from 00:00 to 23:59. So its the request statistics for each day at each time interval.

I want to draw one single line graph - Statistics Vs Time(X) - including all these data and separate it by series like 1 series for Sept 24, 2012 and one for Sept 25, 2012 and so on.

Can you help me with this ?

using the xy format allows the x axis to be scaled as numerical values (in this case, time values). It also allows you to enter unique x-values for each series. So the x-values are in range A3:A24 for the first series, C3:C24 for the second, etc.

But friend, I tried to do the same using scatter chart. But I can see the x-axis time ranges from 00:00 to 4:48. Not sure why. It has to end at 23:59. I attached TestNew.xlsthe sample data and my diagram. Please check.

When you don't like Excel's default choices for axis limits, then you need to manually select the axis limits you want. Right click on the x axis, select "format axis", on the scale tab enter the desired values for max and min (recognizing that, using the built in time/date serials, these numbers will be "number of days since Jan 1901"). You also may need to adjust the number format for the axis to get it to show 24:00 at the maximum.

Yes till 23:99. I just unchecked Max field and added 0.99 to it. It worked, Thank you.
