Excel Stock Chart - "Close marker" refers to incorrect data series

Hi

I've never used stock charts...until today - looks quite good and ideal for my purpose - but:

I've got one problem though. The "close marker" is referencing the minimum point and not the average. I cannot see how to alter this. The green icon is against the wrong data point. See image. Love to know how to fix this...

Really need to see a workbook. Can see any detail of chart or data series from a picture.

I would guess you have formatted the marker options of the wrong series.

If I set the chart type of your chart to stock high-low-close the marker is applied to the correct series.
If I create a new chart on your data again the correct series has the marker.

You can also format the Marker style for any of the 3 data series via the Format dialog.
