Unhappy Newb question about charting data

    Greetings!

I have a data set for several categories over ten years.
I want to plot a pie chart of the top 8 categories for the first year (2000)
and then chart a second pie chart for the top 8 categories in the last year (2009)
    to show the differences.

Here is my problem. After I sort the data and create the first pie chart, I want to resort the data according to the last year. After rearranging the data, the first chart changes.

I hope this a simple problem you can help me with.
If you know a youtube video, or general topic that I can research to learn this technique please let me know!

    Joseph

Re: Newb question about charting data

Here is the sample file. I have one chart created for the top 8 categories in 2000.
I would like to re-sort the data for 2009 and then create another chart hopefully on the same page and both work together.

You will need two separate sets of ranked data.
