Is that possible to skip/suspend the blank values in dynamic excel chart

    Hello All,

I have a dynamic table which generated by set of check box.Based on no of check box enabled same no of columns will be populate in the table.
or example If i enabled first and last column's check box i am geting long space in between the bars.Is that possible to exclude the columns which contain blank values.

I have tried using the function for blank and NA() ( =IF(XX,MasterReport!I26,NA()) and IF(XX,MasterReport!I26,"") )

but i didnt get the graph as expected still getting space .. Could you kindly any one help me on this..Thank you.

Note: I want to avoid programming in my worksheet.I need functions and formulas..

    Regards,
    Christo.

If you use a blank ("") in your formula, then you can apply autofilter on that column and select "Non blanks" in the filter drop-down.

If you use NA() in the formula, deselect #N/A from the filter drop-down.

Both approaches will temporarily hide the rows with those values, so they will not appear on your graph.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
