How do I get my chart to show a bar for value 0?

I have value of 0-3 on the y-axis. There are 12 subjects, and each has 3 data points (pre, post, and follow-up after a service that was provided). I'm trying to show that pre-service, some subjects had 0 scores on the measure we used to assess for the specific characteristic. Right now, those zeros don't have a bar on the chart, so it looks like missing data. It is not, it's just a zero. How do I get the bar to show a tiny bit of color so that it demonstrates that the subject's score was 0?

do yourself a second region with conditions if (xy = 0, 1, xy) and refer to it
