    COUNTIF within Pivot Table

    Hi

I have attached a copy of the Pivot Table I'm working on, I want to be able to count the cells within each field (Service 1, Service 2 etc) where the value is greater than 1.

However, the data range is constantly changing, so =COUNTIF(B7:H345,">1") isn't sufficient as the range will differ (there could be more, or less rows in PCodeTo or more or less columns in ColDate).

Can anyone suggest a solution or is it possible to use field names in a formula such as =COUNTIF([FieldName],">1") or dynamically name the range in the Pivot Table so the formula will work regardless of rows & columns?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can add new column in original data and count each PcCode and then add COUNT in Pivot table of that column

    Re: COUNTIF within Pivot Table

I'm not sure I understand what to count on the data page?

I've attached the file again with the source data this time, the Pivot Table consolidates where there's an entry under the same account number, of the same item type, same service type, going to the same post code on the same date.

I then need to count the cells where this count is greater than one, but with a dynamic formula that does this, regardless of rows or columns, or using Field Names within the formula.

I can't think of a formula to do this on the data page but am happy to hear any suggestions!
