I basically have a dashboard spreadsheet that has a number of tables and pivot tables on the same sheet.

One of the pivot tables (bottom table) has a column that contains project names - this field is quite lengthy but the space that I have available isn't. However the overall width of the table is short compared to the tables above it.

In the image below is the example of the 3 tables on this sheet. Ideally I want the project name to cover 2/3 column widths rather than just the one (Like if you merged cells). So I can keep the spacing of the columns better on the tables above. Is this possible on a pivot table?

The only other way I can think of doing it is having the pivot located elsewhere and manually copying and pasting it over each time and re-formatting it... which frankly seems like a lot of hassle every time I update the pivot. I did think about setting out the table and using = to the pivot table. But the number of lines changes every time it refreshes so this doesn't work either as while it's the top 5 clients - the client may have a number of jobs that it relates to.
