Charting time values on axis

I have charted some elapsed time values that range from a few minutes to approximately 8 hours in a bar chart. However, I cannot seem to get the axis labels to line up on even hours and half hours. The labels that output are at 1:12 intervals. I've clicked just about everything I can find on the "format axis" popup. No dice. Help?

Set the Major Unit value to 0.0416667 , which 1:00.
