Making comparative chart

Hi,

I am looking to make a chart where i can compare the increase and decrease in demand of products over a span of 8 years (Data attached).
The charting needs to be done in ascending order from "Runner" models (i.e models that are increasing in nos. year on year) to strangers (i.e models whose demand is decreasing YoY). This way I can present top 5 models for which the demand is increasing in the market and bottom 5 in which there is decrease/no demand.
Pls share how this can be done.

Increasing from what year? cause i saw increasings and decreasings for the same product, year on year. I guess it's no product with full increasings/ decreasings, so you can't make a top of models.
