    Trying to Make Dynamic Chart

Hi I'm trying to make a dynamic chart and using this tutorial http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/...umnChart1.html

And everytime I write this part into the formula bar it won't accept it as in hit enter or the tick and nothing happens

Can you provide your working sample so I can see what you have tried and how you set it up?

Re: Trying to Make Dynamic Chart

    Try this...

Right click chart >> Select Data

Select the Units series >> Edit

    Series values >> =Sheet1!$B$2:$B$7 >> Change to >> =Sheet1!ChartValues

Tip for doing this >> when in the Edit series dialogue box >> erase what is in the series value >> select F3 >> double click on ChartValues >> OK

Now click on the Axis >> Edit

    Series values >> =Sheet1!$A$2:$A$7 >> Change to >> =Sheet1!ChartLabels
