Stacked Bar Chart - Alignment Problem

Hello,

I am a new member to this forum and I have an alignment issue with my chart when using Excel 2007.

I am currently using a Stacked Bar Chart to create a GANTT Chart, however my Axis Labels on the Horizontal Axis (which is at the top of the chart) are functioning incorrectly.

At the moment when I right click on the axis > select 'Format Axis' > and select the Alignment tab, the 'text direction' box is selected as 'horizontal'.

However I want to change this from 'horizontal' to 'rotate all text 270o' but it simply will not work. The label instead moves far from the axis and is incomplete. Unlike the vertical axis, there is also no 'label distance from axis' function where I could try to move the label closer to the axis. This seems very odd considering that all of the other functions ('horizontal', 'rotate all text 90o' and 'stacked') are clearly functioning correctly.

Furthermore, when I move my chart the words appear to be bugging and 'sticking' to the screen in a clear error state. Unfortunately I am unable to print screen due to the nature of this work but I wondered if anybody was experiencing a similar problem.

I would be really grateful if anyone could offer any advice as to this issue.

I have managed to resolve the problem. It displays incorrectly depending on how zoomed in/zoomed out I am from the GANTT Chart. At 100% Zoom, the issue appears to be resolved, however the alignment completely fluctates depending on how zoomed out I was. I was at 30% when I noticed the issue.
