Data Spreasheet with drop down boxes set in place - I want to populate a report for this.

I have created a spreadsheet for daily reporting. I have drop down boxes in place for all columns/required reporting measures except the date. How can I create a report from this data? Am I able to populate a report with thedrop down categories?
