VBA / Macro help needed to auto update the Axis bsed on the cell value in Gantt Chart

Hi Folks,

I have created a Gantt Chart for tracking my project progress. I need a VBA code to set the Axis option automatically based on the cell values "N3." and "O3", Also I need to show the planned duration in the same Chart. I have attached an excel file of what I'm trying to accomplish.
