Pivot Table with text values.

I'm looking to create a pivot table populates the text value. Having a problem figuring this one out. Attached is the current data and the format I am looking to get it in (I have 2 different options).

Kind of. I'm throwing the data in a database so I need the text in one cell. Otherwise it can be in the same roll in different columns.

I don't believe a Pivot table will do that for you - all the text in one cell, I mean. You might repost and ask for a formula solution...
