PowerPivot unable to import password protected Access file

    Dear Friends,

I have tried for hours and i just could not import a password protected Access file inside PowerPivot. After browsing and selecting the file and keying in the password, an error message says "Failed to connect to the server. Reason: Cannot start your application. The workgroup information file is missing or opened exclusively by another user."

I think it has something to do with the username as i don't really understand what username is required to be inserted. Most online articles and discussions mention more on the SQL Server point of view, but im using Excel's PowerPivot and do not know how to relate to them.

Hope to get some input here. Thanks.
