Question Auto pull data to chart

As data is entered in a shared file I need 1 fields data to be checked and if it falls outside a pre-set range the whole line if flagged red and pulls the data from that row into a chart on another page. I can get the row to change to red but it does not always work... I am having trouble with the chart mostly. I am looking for a bar chart or something that will be able to list location and the value that failed. Thank you for any help also if you need more information please let me know and I will try to get the information.

Your explanation is not very clear. Perhaps you should upload your file and explain what it is you are attempting and what the expected results should be.

How would I upload my excel file for someone to look at it?
