3D Graph to Auto expand with added Series

I have a 3D graph that is set to handle up to a max of 27 series of data.

However, when a new graph is started and there is only a few series of data entered, the graph displays with all the remining blank series in front, with the entered data set at the back.

How can i set the floor of the graph to automatically expand as more series are added instead ?

    Hi CoreyTroy,

You have several options depending on your version of Excel.

I recommend using tables as demonstrated here if you 2007 or 2010:

Alternately, you can use the offset formula as this tutorial shows:

Please let me know if this helps.

    Thanks for the reply.

By the looks of it i cannot use the Table method, as my data is not 100% in subsequent columns.
I did try the offset method, but could not get it to work for me.

I have since looked at creating the chart series in VBA.
I will place a post in VBA forum to see if someone can assist in refining the code for me now.

    Corey,

Post a copy of your wb and I'll take a look. I use both tables or offset methods to feed charts depending on the situation. Wouldn't mind taking a stab at it for ya...
