Dynamically update graph, thus reflecting new data

I have a simple chart that reflects 14 weeks of data. Instead of copy pasting and dragging the parameters to 14 weeks every time, I would like the chart to automatically update when I enter the new data in. I am a beginner with excel and can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

you'd need to create dynamic named ranges to use as the chart range using the OFFSET function.
