Modify dynamic chart title

I'm trying to have a dynamic chart title that starts with the same thing each time:

I was "ESD for " and then reference a cell so that the second part will change. Problem is I can only figure out how to do one or the other!

Hi, It seems "Concatenate" & "&" doesnot work in chart title formula bar. My way out is:
In the cell just above the chart i use concatenate formula "=Concatenate("ESC ",a1)
