Conditional icon formatting in pivot excel 2010 to stay with refresh

    Hey all!
I have a file of monthly transfers which i get everyday. I need to and currently do put them into a pivot table to show the number of file transfers per day.

It should be th following rules:
GDSP_VGE - should be 14 files per day and show green tick and ! If its more and red X if its less
GDSP_VFIE - should be 14 files per day and show green tick and ! If its more and red X if its less
DANET_VFIRLE - should be 2 files per day and show green tick and ! If its more and red X if its less

There will be other customers who will have different number of files so the next one is to show 10 files per day and show green tick and ! If its more and red X if its less.

There are a lot of rules as you can see and also the data table will be refreshed every day based on new file transfers.

I have tried to use the conditional formatting in the toolbar in excel 2010 but I can't seem to add the icons for multiple numbers ie for 14, 10 and 2 = green icon tick.

    I hope someone can help!
