[1/2 SOLVED] How to Change Format in a Chart

Hi,
I'm trying to change this chart, and can not figure out how to make it do what I want.

As per picture below... (The red is my edits in paint - obviously)
The 0%'s I got fixed, however I'm still trying to figure out how to add more to the Legend.

That worked perfectly for the 0%'s removal.

Any Idea on how to add data to the Legend?

Currently, It doesn't appear that Excel allows data tables with pie charts. You can modify the label on each slice of the pie to show both values and percentages but that appears to be the extent of this. If someone else has a different suggestion, please give an assist.
