Good morning, all
I have a spreadsheet that is about 60,000 rows long.
It is used to track each purchase order number and the information relating to that purchase order
Some purchase orders have multiple rows associated with it.
The 2 columns that I am concerned about are Column "C" (Purchase Order) and Column "G" PO Line Extended Amount.
I want to group by column "C" and calculate all items in Column "G" for that particular grouping.
Example:
In the spreadsheet I've attached, I looked at all of the "Column "G" items that relate to Purchase Order 23301.
I added a row below that group in Row 10 and totaled the cells "G3-G9"
My problem is that I have to do this for 60,000+ rows of information.
Is there a way I can do this rather than find each unique purchase order number, add a line below it and calculate each PO line for the Purchase order number?
I'm looking at several days worth or work.
So any assistance or insight would be very welcome!
Thank you much,
Mike
