How to show "some" data in one sheet to another chart only sheet

I need to make a chart using this sheet("DAMAGE") onto a new sheet(Sheet1)

I need column A to show as just the month name, column C to show whether it is "Commodity" or "Non Commodity" and the total cost for each month from column H. This list is continually updated and I want the chart to reflect it after each new line is added.

Is this possible?
