Alignment of Secondary X-Axis in Excel 2010

I have a Secondary X-Axis that is overlapping. I've tried alignment, but the overlapping does not change alignment. Any suggestions? I've searched on the forum and have not found anything that addresses this issue.

I've attached a picture. The X-Axis goes from $C$2:$D$62 (which is how I got both descriptions)

You can not alter the alignment of the outer catergory labels.

Looks to me like you have the labelling the wrong way round. All those 4's, should they be on the outer level?

Nope, the 4s should be on the inner level... However, if I change it, I can align the "Product A" length-wise, then it wouldn't be as messy, but still is an issue.
