Creating a chart, can't get a pivot table to work.

I have a layout of three columns like this: (Column A is the date and time, and the subsequent values in B and C apply to that day.

This continues for 1940 rows. I want to creat a chart with time on the x-axis (Column A), Column B on the Y-axis, and six lines on a line chart, one, two, three, four, five and six.

I'm really struggling to work out how to do it. I've tried transposing into columns but I'm limited by 255 columns in excel 2002.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
