Don't leave repeated values blank in a pivot table field?

    Full Name FSL PRP PLD
    Bob Smith 0.17 0.33 Example PLd 1
    Bob Smith 0.17 0.33 Example Pld 41
    Bob Smith 0.17 0.34 Example Pld 17

The above table gives the same person different values for different categories.

When i use this data in a Pivot table it will only show the first 0.17 and miss the other 2 out. It will also only show the first 0.33 and miss the other ones out. (It will also only show the first Bob Smith but this is not of concern 1 way or another)

Now obviously this is intended and it's a "Blank value implied as same as above" but I don't like this, is there any way to change it so that it just shows the data regardless if it's a repetition of the below data?

    Hi ThomasCarter,

I believe within a pivot table in Excel versions below 2010, the answer is no.

I would say the only way to achieve what you desire would be through VBA.
