    Creating a Weekly Candlestick chart

I have daily close data and am looking to create a weekly candlestick chart with this information. The Open would equal the first day of week's closing price, the close would be last day of the week. The High the Max for the week and the low the min of the week.
The first tab is the chart and what I am trying get as an end result. Tab2 has the data added with the day, week and year numbers.

Is there a way to look for example week 14 and return the first, max, min and last?
