Since you are using Excel 2010, I would recommend the technique that I demonstrate with a step-by-step tutorial as well as a video here:

However, if you really want to make it complicated (but probably unnecessary based on your data), you can also use the offset method as you can also see in a step-by-step and video tutorial here:
