    Help with Science Fair Graphs/Charts

Hoping someone can help an overwhelmed mom help her child create graphs for Science Fair - yes, it should be taught in school....

I can do basic charts, but I have 2 test subjects that did 3 trials of 3 sports using a video game substitute and then the real sport. The data we have includes the number of steps taken and the before and after pulse rates. I have absolutely NO CLUE how to do a chart to compare the data. My data is below but it did not copy exactly as it is in the data table.

What I came up with so far is 3 separate column charts showing the increase in pulse rates for each sport, but it would be nice if I could get the data into a single graph with all 3 sports on one. I am totally lost, in over my head.

Many thanks if anyone steps up to help.

    Hello Momneedinghelp.

    Welcome to the forums.

I have rearranged your data and plotted it in one column chart. Take a look and let me know what you think.

It creates groups for the Horizontal Axis.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks.

OMG!!! I am in awe! You did it FOR me??? Silly me, I am so emotional over it. I have sat in front of the pc, searching and searching and searching. I actually found your website today, from here, and was going to try and copy some of the things on your website.

I just can't express enough appreciation. I have been an at home mom for 15 years, now going back to middle school for the 3rd time with my kids, 4th time for me in total.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Now, how do I learn to do stuff like that so I can teach my kids?

    You are the best!!!!

Did I say Thank you? Thank you!!!!
