Question Add Column to Pivot that Shows "% to Total of Row"

There are 3 categories in my pivot table that define the age group of each file: {"< 5 Days", "5-20 Days", and "> 20Days"}. I am trying to add a column at the end of the pivot table that shows the percentage of files that are "> 20 Days" for each agent. So it would be similar to dividing the desired row of column ">20 Days" by the sum of all 3 age group categories, except it needs to be part of the pivot table and not just formulas placed in each cell.

Anyone know how to accomplish this?

I provided an example workbook that descirbes what I am trying to do.

    Thank you.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with the "Insert Calculated Field" (Options > Formulas), but I can't figure out which how to make it work properly. I tried =CountA('FILE AGE GROUP')/CountA('ACCT NUMBER'), but it just adds all 100% for every row, and it also does this for every group instead of just "> 20 Days". Thoughts anyone?
