Duplicate dates showing up in axis chart

I have duplicate Months showing in the axis chart, I have January thru December for my data, when it populates there are 2 ...March's, April and so on.
Any ideas?

Perhaps you have you accidentally copy and pasted the original chart range into the chart again, thus creating an extra series?

You can see this in the Select Data button from the Design Ribbon when you select your chart.
