Pie of Pie help

First off, I am terrible at making charts, so I might need some step by step instructions. I think the pie of pie chart may be the best option to display my data, but I'm open to other suggetions. Here is the data I need to present.

Met Criteria 68
Grandfathered 77
Did not meet citeria 397

Of those that did not met criteria:
A 276
O 77
Z 44

Just wondering how I can show the break down of what did not meet criteria. Not sure if I should show percentages or if that would get too messy.
