need to create a dynamic table

Hi,
I need some help please. I need to create a macro that creates a table structure with column headings and row headings which are defined in a list.

I have attached a spreadsheet with an example of what I am trying to do.
I hope you can help, I am really struggling.

You need to provide a list that shows the reationship between "shape" & "colour" before a meaningful answer can be offered.
