Why is the y-axis not showing the correct values?

Please see my chart. Why is the y-axis showing a 5 million range when the highest value is 2.5 mil? How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

You can format your axis - right click in the appropriate vicinity and set the scale the way you need

Yeah, I did that, but then the top line wasn't showing up properly; it was moving off the graph. For some reason it's interpreting the max value as 4.5 million when it should only show 2.5 million. I don't know wtf is going on.

I set the maximum as 260000 the minimum as 50000 and the scale max as 100000. And it looked OK

Did you mean to use a stacked line chart?

Using a normal line chart the default max is 3m
