Rollover Problem in Excel 2010 for Area Charts

Hi everyone! I found what seems to be a problem with the area chart's sensitivity to the cursor, specifically in Excel 2010. Attached are two documents showing sample data and its associated area chart for Excel 2010. When I roll the cursor over the graph, the correct time is not displayed. In addition, the value of that point is not displayed. This was not a problem in Excel 2003. As an example, I have also attached two additional documents showing sample data and its associated area chart for Excel 2003. This older version of Excel does display the correct time as well as the value of the point on which the cursor is on.

I will not have access to Excel 2003 for much longer. How I can get Excel 2010 (or Excel 2007) to show the correct time and value of the point on which the cursor lies?
