Dynamic Histogram

Hi All. I am trying to create a dynamic histogram and have come across some new territory. Normally, I use the histogram function in the Data Analysis Add-in, but since I am seeking a dynamic chart, I have built the histogram using an array of the frequency() function. My issue is that I am trying to apply filters to the data set, but I can't get the values in the frequency array to recalculate based on the filtered data. I am using a general column chart to graph the bins/frequency values.

Please take a look at the attached file - there are two worksheets, a histogram worksheet, and a data worksheet. My goal is to filter by Group (A,B,or C) in the Data worksheet and have the chart update based on filter. *Ideally, I would like to place the search filter in a combi box on my chart, but baby steps, right?* Can anyone please help me figure out why this frequency array won't update based on the filter?
