Bar Colour based on Cell Value

    Hi,

I have a very basic graph which will be reproduced on a number of sheets.

Is there any way I can have excel colour a bar red based on the value within a cell.

e.g. if a customer has been highlighted as “Failed” then I would like this bar to be highligethed red.

    Can this be done?

If it is a macro would the macro need to be placed on each sheet in VBA?

In the attached example I have manually changed the colours of the customers that have "Failed"
