Pivot chart upon refresh summarized all items to one line and total amount

So i have a page of pivot charts w/ graphs. 3 of the 4 tables work fine. But for the final chart - when I go to refresh it goes from this:

How do I get my details to come back.

I have tried checking all formats - there has to be soemthing else that reduces it to just the sum line - anyone come across this?
