Separate bars in dual axis bar chart with more than 2 data sets

I've looked through the forum and don't see an answer for this specific question.

I am making a Pareto (bar) chart to track number of event and time attributed to the event code. Additionally I would like to display planned events in one color with unplanned events in a different color. I have all the data on the chart but I cannot get the bars to separate so there is no overlapping.

I have tried putting in empty data set columns but still have the bars overlapping. I have read through applicable articles at http://peltiertech.com/ and have not been able to find a solution.

I would like 2 bars over each Job event, one for hours, referenced off the left axis and one for count, referenced off the right axis. I would like to have the bars over each job event to keep the convention of left bar for hours and right bar for count.

Right now the two sets of count data (planned vs. unplanned) move in opposite directions when I attempt to format the spacing and overlap of the data sets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
