Welcome to the forums.
1) You need to move your line to the second axis.
2) Then you need to show the secondary horizontal axis
3) Then you need to change the Position Axis option on the secondary horizontal axis to On Tick Marks
4) Then change the secondary axis Major Tick Mark Type to None and the Axis Labels to None
5) Then delete the secondary VERTICAL Axis
